At the signing ceremony, Dr. Bilgehan G\u00fcntekin, President of the Association of Friends of All Africa, spoke about&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">the importance they place on disaster preparedness training within the country, in addition to their services in Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Assoc.
