He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Dicle University/Hospital between 2002 and 2007.
Between 2007 and 2008, he worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Kars State Hospital.
Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Istanbul Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital.
In 2010, he was appointed as the chief assistant to Istanbul Bakırköy Dr. Sadı Konuk Training and Research Hospital,
He received the title of Associate Professor in 2016.
